The company is looking for remote workers in different fields.

It’s no surprise that companies in 2017 are learning to value their employees’ happiness. We have seen more and more openings for work-from-home jobs with the goal of helping busy people manage their work-life balance. Xerox in particular has shown a commitment to hiring virtual employees with its Virtual Office Program.

According to Xerox’s website, the company currently employs about 8,000 remote workers in a variety of areas. Now, they're looking to hire even more work-from-home employees, as they currently list 78 openings for virtual workers across the country.

The jobs cover a wide range including fields like sales and marketing. Here are some examples of jobs that are open as of May 2017:

Production Sales Specialist based in Columbus, OH.
Client Manager based in Texas.
Implementation Manager based in Webster, NY.
Graphic Communications Solution Executive based in Connecticut.
Director, Marketing Advisory based anywhere in the United States.
Human Capital Management Specialist based anywhere in the United States.

The jobs are all full-time and include company benefits. The packages include benefits like paid holidays, healthcare, life insurance and even resources for childcare and eldercare.

The company explains why it has such a strong commitment to remote workers on its website. “Being physically located at home enables you to find a better balance between career goals and family life. Spending more time with family generally makes employees happier, which contributes to a reduction in stress and an increase in job satisfaction.”
