Culture Takes Talent
This October marks the introduction of Working Mother Media’s WorkBeyond Summit! Formerly known as the Work Life Congress, The Summit builds upon the foundation of the Congress, but with enhanced programming to better support the needs of teams and leaders who champion strengthening company culture.
The WorkBeyond Summit will continue to focus on work life balance, but with a lens on evolving next generation strategies across programs. It will also broaden the conversation on what it takes to keep up with current trends and policies - from parental leave and flex, to mindfulness and technology - that impact how companies attract and retain top talent.
Attendees can expect to explore:
• Employee Benefits that impact recruitment and retention of top talent
• Shifting cultures and organizational structures for continued innovation
• Technological trends influencing how employees work
• D&I and HR strategies, including global approaches

Learn real strategies and innovative approaches from successful companies that are keeping their employees happy and high functioning. Go beyond work life to explore ways in which companies can keep their competitive edge, and retain top talent, in this changing world of work.
