WorkBeyond Summit 2017 | Working Mother

WorkBeyond Summit 2017

October 23-24 at the New York Marriott Marquis, New York

Culture Takes Talent

This October marks the introduction of Working Mother Media’s WorkBeyond Summit! Formerly known as the Work Life Congress, The Summit builds upon the foundation of the Congress, but with enhanced programming to better support the needs of teams and leaders who champion strengthening company culture.

The WorkBeyond Summit will continue to focus on work life balance, but with a lens on evolving next generation strategies across programs. It will also broaden the conversation on what it takes to keep up with current trends and policies - from parental leave and flex, to mindfulness and technology - that impact how companies attract and retain top talent.

Attendees can expect to explore:
• Employee Benefits that impact recruitment and retention of top talent
• Shifting cultures and organizational structures for continued innovation
• Technological trends influencing how employees work
• D&I and HR strategies, including global approaches
• Holistic approach to health & wellness

Learn real strategies and innovative approaches from successful companies that are keeping their employees happy and high functioning. Go beyond work life to explore ways in which companies can keep their competitive edge, and retain top talent, in this changing world of work. Also, don’t miss our Gala Awards Dinner, concluding the Summit, where we salute the 2017 Working Mother 100 Best Companies!.

Ted Childs Award Winner: Jennifer Fisher, National Managing Director for Well-being at Deloitte

Congratulations to Jennifer Fisher, National Managing Director for Well-being at Deloitte, for being the 2017 Ted Childs Award Winner!

The Ted Childs Life Work Excellence Award was created to recognize and acknowledge the contribution of professionals, who, like Ted Childs, have affected lasting change for working mothers and all employees in their organizations.

Jennifer Fisher currently serves as the National Managing Director for Well-being at Deloitte. As Deloitte’s Well-being Leader, Jen drives the strategy and innovation around work-life, health, and wellness to empower Deloitte’s people to be well so they can perform at their best in both their professional and personal lives.
