Service at any hotel that has Valet, a door man, a Concierge and or a Bellman; begins with them, upon the guest arrival. They are the first point of contact, whether it’s a brush of the elbow, a nod of the head, opening of the door, offering to take bags, or simply expressing greetings of: good morning, good afternoon, thank you for staying with us, have a great day, welcome and please come again. The point of contact is in the position to establish a mark of service, where they create a great experience or a not so great experience for the guest.
Once the guest make it pass that process and to the front desk, they would typically hear the front desk attendant greet them again and ask “How was your day…Did you find us ok, How was your flight/drive? At check out, they may ask: How was your stay with us/did you enjoy your stay? By now, the guest has been assisted with their bags, checked in without hindrance, greeted and are now walking away with a smile, knowing or at least feeling like they are in good hands. They are in hands of people who value their business or their service, whatever the relationship may be.
I mention these things because they are all things that have been consistent at the Trump Hotels. In comparison to other hotels check in and check out process as well as the level of service that is extended during the stay; Trump has maintained their commitment to raise the bar across the board and keep it there, in making your stay rewarding. Trump Hotel Vegas did not fall short of this expectation.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted from the moment my car door opened. “Hello, my name is Lamont…I will be your personal bellman, please let me take your bags for you.” I was invited to take advantage of the bellman service to place my bags in holding until I was checked in. Once I made it to the front desk, I had already been greeted twice more with smiles of a friendly staff who seemed to enjoy what they do. The process was smooth sailing. There were no issue finding my reservation. There were no issues with finding an available room. The attendant moved efficiently in providing timely service, so that each guest would be helped accordingly. There were no issues with features or room amenities not being available or functioning upon arrival.
Trump hotels have continued to provide one of the most amazing quality of product including the kitchen appliance package; which are important to working women and mothers on business travel with their families. They have upheld the highest in standard, regarding quality, when giving attention to their room amenities, sitting areas, bathroom amenities from the selection of toiletries to the over-sized showers, tubs, sinks and overall space attributed to the room and suites.

I have always been able to enjoy on-site dining as well as in room dining while staying at Trump Hotels. Trump Hotel Vegas showed off with DJT: A superbly crafted menu of American cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine and cocktail list. While there are several choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I could recommend; I completely indulged in the Old Bay Spiced Main Lobster Roll and Garlic fries. I would recommend this as a choice for lunch, or an afternoon snack. I have made plans to visit again before final departure.
