Assistant Director; New York, NY; mom of Natalia, 1
Beth is a great mentor to other women, and her co-workers often describe her as personable, professional, patient and kind. She has many talents, but it is the love for her family, concern for her peers and dedication to her community that show through.
Beth has been with FINRA in the Market Regulation Department for six years, starting as a business analyst, and now as an Assistant Director in Market Manipulation Investigations/Trading Analysis. She is a true spokesperson for the spirit of FINRA. From 2014-2016, she served as co-chair of the FINRA Women’s Network Employee Resource Group (ERG), and helped develop and execute programming across the organization related to career advancement, personal and professional development and networking.
In her free time, Beth also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the New York Junior League (NYJL). For many years, through the NYJL’s partnership with the New York City Parks & Recreation Department, Beth worked to rehabilitate parks, making cleaner, brighter, and safer spaces for New York City families. Now, through the NYJL’s partnership with The Single Parent Resource Center, Inc., Beth and her 1 year old daughter, Natalia, volunteer together, providing free “Mommy and Me” classes (interactive and instructional play for mothers and children) to single mothers in New York City.
Beth is an iconic 21st century working mother!
