Everyone who has a child here still gets 22 job-guaranteed weeks off, but fully paid parental leave has doubled to eight weeks for moms and four weeks for dads and those who adopt. The availability of subsidized backup care has also doubled to 200 hours per year, with usage subsequently increasing by 60% over 2015.
