This initiative recognizes organizations that have had success moving multicultural women into professional and leadership positions. The unique challenges facing women in mostly white, male organizations create the need for specific initiatives focusing on best practices to improve the hiring, promotion and retention of multicultural women.
Applications are invited from both public and private companies. Companies, corporations, autonomous subsidiaries that offer their own benefits programs and report to their own CEOs, government, and educational institutions, including state supported, are eligible.
In addition, applicants must have a minimum of 500 employees in the United States.
