Best Companies Lists

Since 1986, our parent company, Seramount (Formerly Working Mother Media), has surveyed the organizations who are committed to women’s advancement, diversity and inclusion and family-friendly workplace culture. We started this journey with a focus on work-life practices for working mothers; but over time have expanded our questions to include measures around the advancement and inclusion of multicultural women, executive women, and dads.

Our lists raise awareness around workplace policies and encourage the implementation of programs to address issues and measure results. The results set the standard for workplace best practices in the United States. Being named to our lists or index is a valuable recruiting and retention tool and allows companies to track their own progress and benchmark against other companies in and out of their industry.
