Working Mother invites public or private for-profit companies to apply for the 2012 Best Companies for Hourly Workers. To qualify, companies must employ a minimum of 500 U.S. workers, and at least 50% of the U.S. employees must be non-exempt. Registration for the Best Companies for Hourly Workers online application is open now at wmmsurveys.com. The application will be open until October 14, 2012. There is no cost or obligation to submit a completed application.

Winning companies will be featured in the May 2012 issue of Working Mother magazine and on workingmother.com, and will be invited to celebrate their success at an event to be held in May 2012. Only winning companies will be announced; non-winning companies remain confidential. All companies that apply, including those that do not make the Best Companies list, receive feedback showing how they compare against all applicants.
