Partial Download:

Q: What if I download and see black or partially downloaded pages?
A: This means your download was not complete
Solution:
1.    Tap on screen for controls  
2.    Find home icon in upper left of screen. Tap on it to return to Home (Working Mother Storefront)
3.    At Home, remove partially downloaded issue file.
4.    Press and hold on the cover and you will see a pop up that reads “remove from iPad”
5.    Tap the red bar
6.    Then re-download by tapping on “free” button.

During download, watch the progress bar. It must get to 100% to complete a download. It will tell you download is complete with the phrase “Adding to local library.” Then will show cover on page.

Q: Why wasn’t my download completed?
A: Your Wi-Fi may have been interrupted or dropped out.
If you were moving around and changed Wi-Fi carriers without knowing, it may have been interrupted.

A: 3G service has trouble with large files. It is not recommended for downloading iPad digital books and magazines.
