I am of the opinion that you first need to specify the child what to do, and after the child performs an action - they may ask: "Why? " I do so with my daughter. But it is in rare cases - basically I did not forbid it. This prohibition shall apply only in the case - danger to life (the shoe into the windshield, including:))) Greetings from Russia:)
