METHODOLOGY
From hundreds of nominations, we selected the Working Mother 25 Best Small Companies based on a survey of work/life benefits that entrants completed. Independent companies with five to 100 employees were eligible to apply.

We scored the applications with an eye for creative family-friendly programs. The women chosen for our Entrepreneur Mom Awards launched highly successful, innovative businesses offering policies that benefit moms.
