Official "Slice of Life" Sweepstakes Rules

1.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.  YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AS OF 4/15/08 TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

2.    TO ENTER: You may enter by following the instructions posted online on the entry screen, subject to the terms and conditions herein. You will be asked to provide your complete name, address, phone number, email address and in a few words tell us about an item that you have that makes your life easier.  Working Mother will select the most unique items to be featured in a future promotion page in Working Mother. The entrant’s name will not be used as part of the promotion and the selection of items for the promotion will be separate from the selection of the Sweepstakes winner. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit one entry per valid e-mail address. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME INDIVIDUAL WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.

3.    ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, Schwan’s Consumer Brands North America, Inc., as well as Working Mother Media, and all of the above advertising and promotion agencies, parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, or members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

All entries must be received by 5/27/08.

4.    ODDS:  Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified entries received.
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) upright freezer and Freschetta PizzAmoré® products. Estimated total value $250 for freezer and $ 95.88 (up to $7.99 for each Freschetta PizzAmoré products).


Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize or a portion thereof will be permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the stated Prize or any part of it for any reason becomes unavailable. Sponsor will report value of prize if required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner or, if applicable, winner may receive an IRS form 1099 for the prize retail value. The Prize is non transferable to another person by the winner, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5.    SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners will be selected in a random drawing by Working Mother Media, on or about 6/9/2008 from all eligible entries received. Working Mother Media's decision is final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The Prize winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail following the drawing and may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful) within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize. An alternate Prizewinner will be selected if the Prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, or the Prize winner is ineligible or declines to accept prize.  Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.

6.    CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES:  Sponsor is not responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, or for entry submissions that are defective because of incomplete information, incomplete transmission or default, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the exclusive property of Working Mother Media and will not be returned or acknowledged. In case of a dispute over an online entry winner's identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Internet provider address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted or in the event of any error in printing, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials. In that case, at Sponsor's sole discretion, no winner will be selected or a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to that point. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

7.    RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Prize Winners consent to the use of his/her names, photographs or likenesses for editorial or publicity or advertising purposes in Working Mother magazine without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release, Schwan’s Consumer Brands North America, Inc., Working Mother Media, and all of the above parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes, including errors in printing, production or distribution, and/or acceptance or use of prizes, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.

9.    WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the winners name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: " Freschetta PizzAmoré™ Sweepstakes," Working Mother Magazine, 60 East 42nd Street, 27th floor, New York, NY 10165. Must be postmarked by 8/4/2008.
