CHILD-CARE CHEER Parents who work in Indiana can enroll kids ages 5 to 12 in the company’s 11-week Summer Science Camps. Indianapolis employees also have access to full-time care through two on-site centers, which serve 392 kids and offer income-based scholarships of up to 40%.

MENTORING MENTION As part of the new Mommy Mentoring program introduced last year, first-time mothers who work as field sales representatives can be paired with more experienced parents in their division to get advice on how to balance work and family.

WHAT’S NEW More than 20,000 employees got together last year for Vision Jam, a 96-hour online brainstorming session that featured topics such as Thinking Outside of the Box and Building Flexible Working Patterns.

WHAT’S COOL The Spotlight Employee Recognition program encourages managers and coworkers to nominate hardworking staffers for recognition. Winners receive points that can be redeemed for gifts.
