FLEX APPEAL Kraft is focused on flexibility. In fact, employees can change their flex schedules daily if they wish. Almost 19,000 employees took advantage of flextime last year. Telecommuting is another popular option.

CHILD-CARE KUDOS Company-sponsored backup care comes to the rescue when an employee's primary child care falls through. The Summer of Service program (in partnership with the YMCA) provides a high-quality, affordable summer experience for tweens who are too young to work but may be too old for summer camp.

LEAVES WE LOVE Moms with at least one year of service are paid in full for up to ten weeks of maternity leave. Following childbirth or adoption, moms or dads can take up to an additional 12 weeks of unpaid leave.

PHASE BACK Thanks to a phase-in program, new mothers returning from maternity or adoption leave can work part-time for a limited period before resuming a full-time work schedule.

GROOMING LEADERS Networking sessions—based on the book Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office, by Lois P. Frankel--offer a forum for women to interact and develop their careers.

HEALTH HELP Working moms save time and money as they shed pounds through a discounted Weight Watchers at Work program.

WHAT'S COOL On-site concierge services make it easier for working moms to buy stamps, do their banking and have pictures developed. Employees can even get basic car repairs and maintenance on-site.
