In her 10+ years here, Tracy has held a variety of roles in the operations and technology space, most currently as Operations Business Executive in Global Banking and Markets Operations. At work, she’s responsible for delivering complex project and technical services for our Global banking clients and strategy for our Treasury Fulfillment service and Operations function. At home, her focus is on her family: her husband and three children.

Tracy recognized the value of Bank of America’s benefits with the birth of her daughter eight years ago--these included fertility treatments, extended leave and robust medical benefits. Born premature and with spina bifida, Leah spent a total of eight weeks in the hospital and had two major surgeries in her first year of life. Tracy leveraged significant medical benefits to work with as many as six specialists per year. This intense care continued, as Leah had three surgeries as recently as last year, requiring another three weeks of hospitalization.

Tracy delivers in her role, which has earned her promotions as she returned from leave, with wider responsibilities and accountability for larger teams. She is passionately involved in our diversity efforts, serving as co-chair of our Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women Employee Network, on the Black Professional Group Executive Leadership Council. Tracy is our Working Mother of the Year because she stands up for equality and is an advocate for women and a mentor to other working parents.
