10. A squashed, half melted popsicle is better than no popsicle at all.

9. You’re never too young or too old to love dance music.

8. Disney animators are genius.

7. Patience.

6. Smelly feet don’t bother anyone younger than 10.

5. The wine bottle that I attempted to throw away can – and should – be recycled.

4. Children don’t need every trendy toy with all the bells and whistles; sometimes a toilet paper roll and some rocks will do.

3. Listen. Really listen.

2. Sleep cannot be overrated.
