We want to hear from you!

We are always looking for proposals that include innovative ways to deliver content and engage participants, as well as presentations that highlight key takeaways and action items.

Multicultural Women’s National Conference Executive Coaching Sessions

We are pleased to offer complimentary one-on-one consultations from leading executive coaches at this year’s Multicultural Women’s National Conference. We will be offering attendees the chance to meet with an executive coach for 25 minutes during the skill building sessions on July 20th. Advertising Working Mothers of the Year 2014 Entry Form

 

We are asking you to nominate those working mothers in your company who balance successful careers, loving families and time for themselves. This is your once-a-year opportunity to nominate a mom you know who has distinguished herself professionally.

We will recognize women in three award categories:

  • Trailblazer Moms                    
  • Established Moms                  
  • New to Motherhood Moms

Honorees will be celebrated at an awards luncheon next February in New York City. At last year’s celebration, over 800 people came to cheer and honor our winners. The winners will also be featured in the April/May 2014 issue of Working Mother magazine.

You may nominate yourself or a candidate for the Advertising Working Mothers of the Year by filling out the ballot below.

WHO CAN BE NOMINATED
Advertising Agencies—General Management, Account Management, Creative, Public Relations, Media Planning, or Buying Clients—General Management, Advertising Services, Brand Management, or Public Relations

Media— General Management, Advertising or Public Relations at Print, Television, Radio, Out-of-Home, Digital, or Alternative Media

AWARD CATEGORIES

Trailblazer Moms
Trailblazer Moms are the pioneers of working motherhood in the advertising industry. These women, whose oldest child is 18 or older, paved the way for the current generation of working mothers. These pioneers began combining work and family at least 18 years ago and held leadership positions in our industry while raising their children. They are known for their desire to mentor those around them and for their contributions to their own communities.

Established Moms
Established Moms are working mothers in the advertising community who have attained significant success in both family and career. Their oldest child is between the ages of 7 and 17. These women have been positive influences and strong role models at work and at home. They thrive on their busy lives and have positively impacted other working mothers with their skills at striving for work life balance.


New- to-Motherhood Moms
New-to-Motherhood Moms are working mothers in the advertising industry whose oldest child is 6 or younger. These women achieve balance in their lives and are strong role models for their associates at work and their children at home. While they are new to motherhood, they are successful working mothers who are striving to redefine WorkLife balance through their innovative approach to careers and family.

HOW TO NOMINATE
This is your opportunity to nominate yourself, a colleague, or friend from the advertising community who meets the criteria from one of the above categories. To place a name in nomination, you need to (1) complete the online nomination form below to distinguish nominee to the judges, and (2) submit a bio or resume of your nominee.
