When many of its junior women attorneys said they wished they knew more about the experiences of successful female partners, the firm created a formal mentoring program last year. And in an effort to help retain talented women, a new extended-leave program lets lawyers step out of active practice for a period of time while staying associated with the firm and maintaining client relationships.
