Walk it off.

Remove yourself from an angry moment and take yourself out into fresh air. Walk around the block or to the park. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly as you walk to regulate your breathing and calm yourself down.

i usually go out jogging or on my bike to let off some steam, i've also been shopping before for designer clothes, but nothing beats a good run or jog

This is great stuff. I've never been very good at handling anger. And I've read recently (see Dr. Darryl Cross's book http://www.depressionatwork.com) that anger can lead to depression, and that's never a good thing of course. I especially like your advice about walking it off. It's very simple but based on experience, it's pretty effective. :)
