There's nothing like putting a smile on a child's face with the perfect toy...but there are so many choices.  How do you find what's right!  I'm here to help!  Whether it's what's hot and trendy for this holiday season....or how to choose a great birthday gift or fill a goody bag for 20 kids at a party, let's look at lots of great options together and make your shopping experience easy and fun.

We'll talk about choosing toys that are right for your child...not just what makes it on a "hot" list.  One child's pleasure can easily be another child's boredom. Our dollars are too hard earned and our gift from our children is their happiness.  There's nothing worse than putting the wrong toy in their hands....only to discover after only a few minutes that toy has been delegated to a corner, never to be played with again.

I'll recommend toys based on topics we're discussing (infant toys...web based toys, you get the picture) and we will talk about basic safety, especially for younger children.  If there's a place that I can't help you, than I'll direct you to a resource that can.

I'm lucky, I get to play with toys over a year before they ever make it onto a retailers shelf! And I see the ones that don't make it too (but we won't talk about those).  I just had the opportunity  to tour a safety facility and learn first hand the extent of testing that every toy goes through before it every reaches your home.  The legislation that has now been signed will be continue to ensure that all measures are taken to make sure that every toy that gets into your children's hands are safe...and we will discuss that (and what to do if there is a recall on a product) as well.

My kids, my nieces, my neighbors kids....they get to do plenty of testing for me when I need the "extra kids" opinions.  As for my own children, three teenage girls and there's no one in the world more honest.  When they hate it, they tell me so (so I won't pass those toys along... my kids are on the pulse of the good…..the “it’s ok”...and what they consider just plain dumb!)

I will also share the “inside info” on the newest video releases…new programming, and other cool stuff that I’m often privy to that I know your kids will be excited about! 
The holidays will be here before you know it, and my office has looked like December since June!  There are some really great toys on the shelves...or coming soon, so let's find what's right for the special children in your lives!
