Join us once again to talk about the latest news from Working Mother’s campaign for paid parental leave for American working moms and dads. Currently, the United States is the only developed country that does not ensure working parents can take job-protected, paid time away from work to bond with a new child. California and New Jersey have paved the way to a more family-friendly nation with paid family leave insurance programs for new parents — now it’s time for our country to follow their lead.
