Wendy C. Breiterman is the Director, Global Work/Life Strategies, Johnson & Johnson Global Diversity & Inclusion. She leads the development and implementation of Work/Life policies, programs and practices that support employee engagement, recruitment, retention and effectiveness to enhance the Johnson & Johnson vision to be a world class, benchmark company for diversity and inclusion.

Wendy joined Johnson & Johnson in Human Resources in 1978 and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility. She designed many groundbreaking Work/Life programs and was pivotal in creating the Company’s LIFE 360™ Work/Life brand and expanding workplace flexibility.

Wendy serves on the Steering Committee of Boston College Center for Work & Family; the Board of Trustees of Corporate Voices for Working Families; the Families and Work Institute Corporate Leadership Circle; and the Conference Board Work Life Leadership Council. She is a recipient of The Tribute to Women in Industry Award and in 2009, she received The Ted Childs Work Life Excellence Award from Working Mother Media. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She and her husband have two sons and reside in New Jersey.
