Wendy C. Breiterman is the Director, Global Work/Life Strategies for Johnson & Johnson. She leads the development and implementation of Work/Life policies, programs and practices that support employee engagement, recruitment, retention and effectiveness to enhance the Johnson & Johnson vision to be a world class, benchmark company for diversity and inclusion. Wendy joined Johnson & Johnson as an HR Manager and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility. She designed many groundbreaking Work/Life programs and was pivotal in creating the Company’s LIFE 360™ Work/Life brand and expanding flexibility. Wendy serves on the Steering Committee of Boston College CWF; the Board of Corporate Voices; Families and Work Institute Corporate Leadership Circle; and Conference Board Work Life Leadership Council. She is a recipient of The Tribute to Women in Industry Award and in 2009, she received The Ted Childs Work Life Excellence Award. Wendy, her husband and two sons reside in New Jersey.
