Walter McCollum, Ph.D. is the Senior Director, Organizational Development, Sodexo where he provides clients with organizational performance options in change management and project management.  He has been employed by some of the top companies to include Lucent Technologies, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Science Application International Corporation, and Capgemini.  Prior to working in the private sector, Dr. McCollum, a Desert Storm veteran, served thirteen years in the US Air Force. 

As a scholar practitioner, Dr. McCollum has authored and published four books;  Process Improvement in Quality Management Systems: Case Studies Analyzing Carnegie Mellon’s Capability Maturity Model,  Applied Change Management: Approaches to Organizational Change and Transformation, Strength of a Black Man: Destined for Self-Empowerment, and Breakthrough Mentoring in the Twenty-first Century. 

Dr. McCollum is also an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities.  He holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University.
