Vrinda Deva
Asian Women Leadership Network - Women's Organizational Meeting
Vrinda Deva is a gender and diversity consultant with a unique perspective on differences in learning styles and cultures, tailoring communications and solutions accordingly. She has conducted research projects with Catalyst and The FutureWork Institute.
Her versatile career encompasses significant experience in financial institutions. She worked on a project in Corporate Actions at Goldman Sachs, and managed operations for a start up hedge fund and streamlined processes as it grew from $225 million to a $1 billion.
Vrinda serves on the Executive Committee of Asian Women Leadership Network, and was Co-Chair of the last Symposium on Global Leadership: Leverage Your Heritage. She has driven several programs in her community to promote cultural awareness and build strong leaders.
Vrinda has a PhD in International Human Resources Management and Gender Relations in International Development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign; and a MA in Human Resources Management from XLRI, India.
