Virginia Seggerman is vice president and controller of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education. Seggerman is responsible for producing all of the company's financial statements, its financial controls and providing business support on all financial matters. Prior to joining CDW, Seggerman served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago. In this role, Seggerman was responsible for financial reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, operational finance, accounting shared services and other related duties. Prior to Equity Office she served as vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer of R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company in Chicago. She also held positions of increasing responsibility at Packaging Corporation of America and Arthur Andersen LLP, where she began her career. Seggerman, a certified public accountant, earned a BBA from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
