Vanessa J. Weaver-Coleman, Ph.D., is the CEO and founder of Alignment Strategies, Inc., a Washington, D.C. management consulting firm, specializing in management consulting, diversity management, and business development. Dr. Weaver has more than 25 years experience in organizational management and human resources, with an emphasis on business restructuring, marketing, and diversity management. Clients of her firm are Fortune 100 companies, such as: Procter & Gamble, IBM, Pfizer, and Verizon, just to name a few. Prior to Alignment Strategies, Dr. Weaver designed and implemented various diversity initiatives focused on the recruitment, retention and advancement of women and Multi-Cultural employees during her 14 year P&G career. Dr. Weaver has a B.A. in Psychology. She holds a Masters and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
