Tyronne Stoudemire is the Global Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Hewitt Associates LLC, a $3 billion global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm which delivers a complete range of integrated services helping firms manage HR related services and improve the workforce. Propelled by his work ethic, emphasis on results and extensive professional network, Tyronne leverages his more than 20 years of professional experience to partner with various internal and external constituents to advance the work of Hewitt’s diversity strategy. He provides the overall firmwide diversity strategy to source and attract diverse talent across Hewitt’s global landscape. He also oversees strategic planning for national events. Tyronne partners with the CEO, VP of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer to drive the overall operation optimizing a comprehensive suite of diversity programs impacting 22,000 associates within 36 countries. This governance supports and empowers business resource focused groups and leadership forums and provides opportunities for meaningful dialogue between management and key multicultural talent. Additionally, Tyronne serves to further the Corporate Social Responsibility of Hewitt Associates through his service as a Board member of the Hewitt Cares Foundation. The National Eagle Leadership Institute (NELI) honored Tyronne in 2007, with the National Golden Eagle Award; in 2008 with their newest honor the Peak Performance award. He received the Chicago-United Benefactor award and Chicago High Achievers’ Award for Advancement. Tyronne is featured in the 2006-2007 Edition’s of Who's Who in Black Chicago. The National Association of African American Human Resource Executives (NAAAHR) privileged Tyronne in 2008 for his relentless dedication to the industry with a Leadership appreciation award. He served on the planning committee for HACE’s 25th Anniversary Gala, The Music Institute of Chicago’s 2009 Gala; Soaring Stars, received the Monarch Award for outstanding African American Male 2007, the People’s Voice Award for Most Inspirational African American in Lake County 2007, and the Unsung Hero Award from the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago.
