Tereza Kitty Valle is the Applications and Business Services Director for HP Enterprise Services Brazil (ES). She is responsible for the Application and Business Process Outsourcing businesses in Brazil, which includes P&L Management, Sales and Delivery of these services to clients of Hewlett-Packard in Brazil.

Tereza’s responsibilities include implementing and managing the ABS portfolio, which involves custom application maintenance and development, Enterprise Apps (SAP, Oracle and Microsoft), Information Management & Analytics, Mobility and Cloud Transformation, Card Utility Services and Call Centers. Tereza has more than 18 years of experience in the Technology industry and spent many years abroad living in Venezuela, Colombia and the United States.

Tereza graduated in Computer Sciences at the Federal University of Pernambuco, holds a postgraduate certification in leadership from Harvard Business School and is fluent in English and Spanish.
