Senior Vice President Customer Services & Training, Southwest Airlines

Teresa Laraba serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Services & Training.  Her current responsibilities include overseeing Customer Relations, CS&S (Reservations), frontline Customer Service Agents, Central Baggage Services, and Operational Training.


She began her career with Southwest Airlines in 1984 at an entry level position of Customer Service Agent in El Paso, Texas.  She continued to work there as a Supervisor and Customer Service Manager, and then relocated to Dallas in 1995, where she held the roles of Manager of Corporate Employment, Director of Field Employment, Senior Director of Ground Operations Training and Projects, and Station Director and Vice President of Ground Operations.   


Teresa also sits on the Southwest Airlines Executive Planning and Senior Management Committees.
