Teresa Hopke is Principal, SVP at Life Meets Work, a workforce innovation firm committed to helping clients discover new ways of working to improve employee and organizational performance.

Formerly Senior Director of Talent Management at McGladrey, she led strategies to engage and maximize the potential of their 7,500 employees and developed innovative, award winning WorkLife programs.

Hopke has received the AWLP WorkLife Rising Star award for her work in the field, is a World at Work faculty member, AWLP board member, and recent WFRC board member.

She is a frequently requested speaker featured in books and media outlets such as the CBS Morning Show, NBC Nightly News, NPR, WSJ, Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, Money Magazine, and HR Magazine.

Hopke has a background in Sports Psychology and Exercise and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her other job is as mom to her 6 and 2 year old boys and infant twin girls.
