Suzanne Dowd Zeller is vice president and chief human resources officer for Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz).  In this role, Zeller leads the Human Resources and Facilities departments.  She is responsible for setting strategy and leading the HR and Facilities teams to improve business results and increase employee engagement

Previous to joining Allianz in 2010, Zeller was vice president and director of Human Resources for the international wealth management business of Hartford Life, Inc., a subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group. In this role, she was responsible for providing strategic human resources support to Hartford Life's businesses in Japan, Europe and Brazil. She was instrumental is the start-up of Hartford’s European operations in Dublin, London and Frankfurt.
