Su Yan is Group General Manager---Legal & PAC of Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group China (BIG China). She takes charge of public and legal affairs in Shanghai Shen-Mei Beverge & Food Co., Ltd., and eleven operation units in Hei Longjiang, Ji Lin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangxi, and Yunnan provinces. Ms. Su Yan was elected as vice chairman of Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in August, 2010.

Ms. Su Yan joined Shanghai Shen-Mei Beverge & Food Co., Ltd. as LegalDirector in 2004, and started her career path in Coca-Cola system from that moment. In 2006 Ms. Su Yan was appointed as Group General Manager---Legal, and was responsible for creating a company affairs oriented service and great supported professional team. She also performed excellent in company ethnic regulations, company legal affairs, and system innovation, which amazingly supported the fast development of BIG China. In September 2010, Ms. Su Yan appointed as Group General Manager--- Public Affairs and Communications, and she took charge of public affairs, such as government relations, shareholders relations, media relations, and etc. She will lead public affairs and legal affairs work to a new height.

Ms. Su Yan held Master of Law of University of New South Wales. She recently rewarded one of the most important prizes in Coca-Cola Global System ——“Outstanding Local Ethics officer 2010”.
