Steve Lerner is the Business Operations Lead for Accenture’s Global Oracle Practice, and is focused on helping clients achieve high performance.  Throughout his 20 year career, Steve has also shown a special interest in the people side of the equation, focusing on employee engagement.  In 2009, he became the first National Lead for Accenture’s Men’s Interest Group.  This group was established to engage men as full partners in the diversity and inclusion dialogue.  It also provides a forum for men to discuss issues including work/life balance, health and wellness and other important challenges that we all face.

Steve is based in Chicago, and outside of work he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his wife and three children.
