As Vice President, Chief Staffing Officer, Stephanie Lilak leads campus and experienced professional recruiting for General Mills. She is responsible for development of the GMI employment brand and enhancing relationships with key university and community partners, and champions diversity recruiting activities across all functions.  Stephanie also leads HR for a variety of Corporate Functions including Human Resources and Law.

Stephanie joined General Mills in 1996 as a Human Resources Manager. Over the years, she has held positions of increasing responsibility supporting a variety of divisions and functions including Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Marketing Research and International and in a cross functional role as a Plant Operations Manager. 

Stephanie holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  She is married and the mother of four teenagers.  She is active in the local United Way.
