Shubha Ramaswamy is currently the Founder of Reap Leaders. She is a consultant in leadership development programs and diversity domain. Previously, Shubha was a senior IT Manager with Chubb & Son Insurance company and heads eBusiness organization. Shubha is responsible for overseeing Chubb’s internet and intranet applications and support enterprise wide initiatives. Shubha formerly headed organizations at Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Finance industries managing multicultural and multigenerational workforce. Shubha is also a certified Project management professional. She has varied experience as a consultant, independent contractor and a leader in fortune 500 companies. Shubha is a leader in the Asian Indian community in NJ where she lives with her husband and two children. Shubha received Bachelors in Information Technology from Mysore, India. Shubha is also a member of PMI NJ chapter. She is also a member of WITI (Women in International IT), AWLN (Asian Women Leadership Network) and SAWLF (South Asian Women Leadership Forum).
