Scott Burke is the health promotion coordinator at the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) in Springfield, Mass.  

Scott works directly with Dr. David Artzerounian, medical director, to plan health promotions and wellness interventions and coordinate health programming for employees. 

He has worked in a variety of environments, including hospitals and other facilities.  Having seen people in varying stages of health has helped inform Scott’s ability to talk with employees about wellness.  He regularly engages MassMutual employees through programs on the link between emotional and physical health, how to value and preserve health and how personal health behaviors can directly impact outcomes.

Scott is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.  He enjoys outdoor endurance sports and hang gliding. Weather permitting, Scott bikes to work as often as he can.
