Sandra J. Forney is the Director of Operations for Cyber & SIGINT Systems within Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where she leads internal operations and strategic planning for Cyber, Special Access, and Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) business areas. In this role she is accountable for achieving financial and performance goals across the four Operating Units of a $700M+ organization with over 1400 employees worldwide. Ms. Forney has served NGC for 24 years in a variety of leadership and technical positions focusing on Cyber, SIGINT, GEOINT, and Network Communications solutions for the Intelligence Community, DOD, Federal/Civil, and international customers. Ms. Forney proudly supports AFCEA as an elected member of the Intelligence Committee. She earned an M.S. in Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University, and a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
