Sandi Clark-Martin is Senior Director, Office of Employee & Corporate Relations for Sodexo. Currently, she leads a team of certified facilitators in the delivery of Teaming for Frontline Engagement, a process designed to enhance the engagement of Sodexo’s frontline employees. Sandi joined Sodexo as an hourly employee, pursued a career in food and nutrition and held various positions in the Health Care division. She has also held leadership positions in Customer Service Training & Consulting, Total Quality, Client Relations, and Communications. Active in Sodexo’s diversity and inclusion programs including the Network Groups (past Chair Women’s Network Group), Spirit of Mentoring, Flexibility Implementation Team and facilitator of Work/Life Balance workshops, Sandi also serves as a Company Ambassador for the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF). Sandi holds degrees in Nutrition, Business Administration, Total Quality Management, Training and Development, and a Coaching certification. She lives in Orlando, FL.
