Sandi Aguirre has been employed since 1994 at The MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit corporation devoted to science and engineering in the public interest. Ms. Aguirre is currently a Department Head and manages a work program portfolio that supports multiple programs across the Intelligence Community providing systems engineering expertise. She has worked in several technical and leadership positions supporting the Department of Defense: Air Force Information Warfare Center in San Antonio Texas and Army Program Management Warfighter Simulation program in Orlando Florida, The National Infrastructure Protection Center, and the Department of Justice. Ms. Aguirre has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University, a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and is currently a pre-doctoral candidate at George Washington University in their Executive Leadership Doctoral Program in Human and Organizational Development.
