Samantha Taylor
A pioneer in business and social innovation development, Sam founded Reputation Dynamics (RD) to provide creative business and marketing solutions for executive management and their teams to protect and enhance the reputation of their brands, business and community interests. She is also Senior Advisor to InterAction.
RD supports corporations and nonprofits by developing inclusive partnerships that leverage their respective strengths to advance their corporate responsibility and community development initiatives for social change.
Sam brings 15 years of international for and non-profit marketing and business development experience in the business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors, having worked in both agency leadership and corporate marketing roles. Her areas of expertise include corporate development, experiential marketing, community and employee engagement. Key issues span poverty, healthcare, economic development and social justice.
An advocate and speaker of ‘Doing Good in Society,’ she consults with a diverse range of organizations who are about to start, or are currently engaged in, developing sustainable responsibility program initiatives aligned with business impact.
Formerly, Sam was the Chief Marketing Officer of GMHC, the nation’s oldest non-profit HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care services provider where she spearheaded a once-in-27-year rebranding initiative in 2009. Previously, Sam was a Managing Director at advertising firm Bozell Worldwide; Director at Gavin Anderson – an international business and financial services consulting firm. A native of London, Sam grew up in Kenya, East Africa where she was engaged in community work with The East African Women’s League.
She is a founding member of The CMO Club and serves on the board of advisors for Indego Africa. Reputation Dynamics is a member of the UN Global Compact.
Sam’s recent speaking engagements include the American Marketing Association, The Corporate Council on Africa, PRSA, Africa Travel Association, The CMO Club, Working Mother Media, Progressive Media Conferences, Diversity Best Practices and the UN Youth Assembly.
