Employer Engagement Specialist, The Sloan Center on Aging & Work, Boston College

Samantha Greenfield is an Employer Engagement Specialist at the Sloan Center on Aging & Work. Founded in 2005, the Sloan Center on Aging & Work collaborates with researchers and employers around the world to promote the quality of employment for today’s multi-gener­ational workforce.  Employer engagement is a cornerstone of the Sloan Center’s mission and is fundamental to all aspects of the Centers’ research.  The Sloan Center seeks to integrate evidence-based practice into three core strategies: rigorous academic research, sustainable partnerships with progressive employers, and timely relevant publications and information resources.  In her role, Sam works in partnership with decision-makers at the workplace to ensure that their voice is evident throughout all phases of the Center’s research.  Her past experience has included working in human resources at two large Boston law firms as well as chairing several events for local non-profit organizations. Sam holds a BA degree in Communications from Elon University, North Carolina.
