Rosana Tepedino graduated in Public Relations with a masters degree in Marketing. She has worked for 12 years at a big elementary school in São Paulo, where she held roles in administrative, marketing and events.

In 2005 she worked for Kraft Foods Brazil where she could expand her knowledge in inventory organization, planning and cash flow. She started the partnership with Avon in 2006; one year later she became a star representative and since 2010 she is a super star seller.
