Rosalind L. Hudnell currently serves as Chief Diversity Officer and Global Director of Education & External Relations for Intel Corporation. In this role, she oversees Intel's strategic approach to the development of a diverse workforce worldwide, college relations and the global branding and marketing of Intel’s image as workplace of choice. A 14-year Intel veteran, Hudnell has held various management positions in community relations, government relations, charitable contributions, media outreach, employee volunteerism, and workforce development at the company.
Hudnell serves on the board of directors for Center for Work-Life Policy, is the Board Executive Vice President of the National GEM Consortium and serves on key national committees including the Hidden Brain Drain Task Force Steering Committee and the Asia Pacific Leadership Forum. She completed her undergraduate studies in management at St. Mary's College and has done specific study at UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is a Senior Fellow through the American Leadership Forum.
