Robin Roschke is a co-founder and chief operating officer of FlexPaths, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for developing and deploying a fully-integrated suite of flexible working solutions online and off that drive culture change in an organization – public or private, large or small. Prior to launching FlexPaths, Robin was assistant vice president at Guardian Life Insurance Company reporting to the chief information officer. She was responsible for IT business planning and communications and managed a $75mm technology portfolio designed to drive business process and culture change. During this time she was the recipient of the CEO award for two consecutive years. Before joining Guardian Life, Robin was an officer at JPMorgan Chase where she was responsible for product development for the newly created insurance subsidiary. She began her career in 1992 at AXA Financial as a strategic marketing analyst. Robin has a BBA degree in Finance from George Washington DC and an MBA degree in Marketing also from George Washington University.
