Robin Miller has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in both the public and private sectors. She joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in 1994 in the staffing area and has held increasingly responsible positions in Talent Management and HR Business Partnerships. In addition, she is the liaison for the company’s on-site back-up child care center. Currently, she is the VP of People Strategy, responsible for Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and the HR Client Relationship. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
She has been responsible for building a talent pipeline through the development of a corporate internship program and direct college hire program. In addition, she has enhanced testing and assessment capability and streamlined the hiring process through technology enhancements.
In addition, she is active in the community. Robin is a member of the Durham Workforce Development Board, Advisory Board for CISNC and the Durham Superintendent’s Business Advisory Council.
