Regenia Stein is currently VP – Trade Strategy, Integrated Planning & Execution for Kraft Foods Sales Organization. A newly created position since February, 2008. Most recently she held the position of Area Vice President – Central for Kraft Foods North America Customer Development Organization. She served in that position from January 2006 to January 2008. Prior to 2006, she served as vice president of National Accounts and Category Management at Miller Brewing where she was named by Consumer Goods Technology as one of the “25 most influential” for 2004. In August 2008, Ms. Stein was named as one of Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery.
Ms. Stein began her Miller career in 2001 as Miller’s sales director – Kroger. She came to Miller from Kraft Foods, where she served as senior director, category sales planning for the Kraft Cheese Division. Prior positions include: director of sales strategy, region sales manager in the Northwest Territory, national category sales manager for Sandwich Cheese Company; and district sales manager – Northern California. Prior to coming to Kraft Foods, Stein held various sales positions of increasing responsibility with General Foods USA, where she began her career in 1984, working in New Jersey, New York and California.
Ms. Stein serves on the Board of the Network of Executive Women, where she is the Sponsorship Chair and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Stein earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix.
