Rebecca T. Olejar has worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina for 5 years and currently holds the position of Senior Organizational Development Consultant. Her responsibilities include managing the Change Readiness program and the Coaching program. She has also been heavily involved in BCBSNC’s culture change initiative and does a fair amount of team development.

Rebecca also worked with General Motors in both the retail and manufacturing arenas, and has 22 years of experience with the Eastman Kodak Company, consulting in the areas of team development, work systems redesign, organizational change, diversity, culture change, and total quality management.

She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a M. A. in Organizational Management & Development from the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
