Phyllis Corley is a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES) and currently serves as the Deputy Director, Office of Geospatial Intelligence Management which coordinates activities in support of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG). Ms. Corley has held numerous positions within NGA such as Deputy of NGA Defense; Director of Infrastructure Technologies and Solutions; and Director of the Basic and Applied Research Office.
Prior to arriving at NGA, Ms. Corley worked for the U.S. Navy in engineering efforts such as Aircraft Carrier firefighting/recovery engineering and research of firefighting agents. She also held program management positions in aviation training systems, mission planning, and rehearsal programs.
Ms. Corley holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. She is a member of the Acquisition Profession Community and is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management.
