Phebe Neely Ciulla is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Financial Advisory LLP’s Anti-Fraud & Anti-Corruption Management practice. She has rich multi-industry and multi-national client service experience, which includes financial statement audits, forensic investigations, securities litigation, and compliance consulting related to anti-corruption regulations. Phebe also provides enterprise risk and compliance management services to clients with extensive supply chain relationships. 

Her industry experience includes Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, and Financial Institutions. Phebe is also active in diversity and inclusion initiatives in the professional community, including the Committee for the Future of the New York Women’s Foundation, Network of Executive Women, and National Association for Female Executives, and Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative (WIN).

Phebe has been a guest speaker for several organizations such as the Practicing Law Institute, New York State Bar Association, Association of Latino Professionals in Accounting & Finance, International Society of Filipinos in Accounting, and Working Mother’s Multinational Conference.
